El joven programador y el gerente
Un joven programador se dirigió a su gerente y le habló con estas palabras:
"Mi trabajo es difícil y mi sueldo pequeño.
Mis horas pasan ante el ordenador y yo sigo escribiendo código.
Los programas que escribo invaden mis pensamientos y se infiltran en mi sueños. ¡No me gusta mi trabajo!"
El gerente contempló el rostro cansado del programador y se apiadó de él, por lo que respondió:
"Tienes razón. Te daré otro empleo.
En él no tendrás que programar nunca más, y el código no inundará tu sueño.
El ordenador yacerá silencioso y alejado de tí, y tú no trabajarás con él.
Medita mis palabras y, si es tu decisión, presentate al atardecer ante mí y te llevaré a tu nuevo puesto."
La tarde llegó y el gerente esperaba tras su mesa, pero el programador no llegaba.
Anocheció, y la luna contempló al gerente que seguía esperando.
Era bién avanzada la noche mientras el gerente se disponía a marcharse, cuando vió una habitación iluminada.
Se dirigió a ella y, por la puerta entreabierta pudo ver al programador.
Estaba sentado ante su ordenador, programando.
Y sonreía mientras escribía el código.
